You can include additional stops in the destination field of the booking form for short pauses or passenger drop-offs.
To transport several people to the same location, add multiple pickups and include contact information for each passenger. All riders receive SMS updates about the booking and ride.

Liftago Kids provides safe transportation for children. Drivers are trained and vehicles are equipped with car seats (up to 36 kg) and booster seats for comfort and safety.
Liftago Kids can be used for children of all ages. Each Kids vehicle is equipped with a car seat for up to 36 kg and a booster seat.
You can schedule a Liftago Kids ride in advance using the app. After entering the pickup and destination addresses, tap the calendar icon in the bottom right and pick when you want the driver with the child seat to arrive.
Drivers use only certified child seats and booster seats, ensuring they are properly installed. They also follow traffic regulations and drive in a safe manner.
Yes, children can travel alone with Liftago Kids. Drivers are trained to ensure your child feels safe during the ride.
You can also arrange for the driver to call you upon arrival. The ride can be tracked in real-time and shared with the whole family on the app.
Up to two children can be transported per ride. Each Kids vehicle is equipped with a booster seat and a child seat (up to 36 kg).
Yes, we are prepared for such situations as well. Be sure to give the driver all the necessary information about the vehicle.
XXL taxis can carry 7 to 9 passengers depending on the vehicle type. Currently, we guarantee transport for up to 7 passengers. You can also order multiple cars at once in the app. For group orders, our customer support is happy to assist: +420 266 266 000 or service@liftago.cz.
You can easily order an XXL Liftago in the app. Just select the XXL car type when placing your order. Currently, reservations must be made at least 16 hours in advance. Immediate booking will be available soon.
XXL taxis operate 24/7, including nights and holidays. Please note that reservations currently need to be placed at least 16 hours beforehand.
Absolutely – our XXL vans have plenty of room for passengers and luggage, making them ideal for airport trips in either direction.
For arrivals, you can also use our flight-based airport pick-up feature. The driver receives real-time flight updates, and if your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust the pick-up time so your car is waiting at the right moment.

Yes, your car can be safely transported without you. Make sure the driver has all necessary handover details. The app lets you track the car in real time.
Just enter your flight number when booking, and we take care of the rest. The driver tracks your arrival in real time, so they’ll be there when you land – even if your flight is delayed.
How to do that?
1. Open the Liftago app.
2. Enter the route from Vaclav Havel Airport to your final destination.
3. In the lower right corner, select the icon Pre-order.
4. In the section Pick-up time choose Upon the flight arrival and enter the flight number.
5. After landing, the driver will wait for you at the chosen place.
The driver is informed in real time about any delays, and your pick-up time is automatically adjusted to match your actual landing.

Just let the driver know in advance. In the app, after entering your address, open the Requests section and select Large Luggage. For more bags than a standard car can hold, choose Liftago XXL – perfect for up to 7 passengers with extra luggage.
Absolutely – choose the Kids category in the app for airport rides, and your car will be equipped with a child seat (up to 36 kg) and a booster seat.
In the app, you simply order a taxi even for the second person. Passengers do not need to have the Liftago app. Once the driver is on the way, the passenger receive an SMS with a link to the tracking of the car, including the model, color and license plate.
If you want the driver to customize the arrival at the airport with the landing time, you just need to enter the flight number when ordering. The driver tracks the flight in real time and arrives at the moment the person lands – even in the event of a delay.

Liftago Courier provides quick and dependable delivery of your packages. You can schedule delivery immediately or for a chosen time, all via the app, ensuring your package reaches its destination safely and punctually.

Business customers can also use the web order form. The courier will pick up your parcel and deliver it to the recipient – it’s as simple as booking a regular taxi ride.
Our couriers handle packages up to 55 × 45 × 25 cm in size and weighing no more than 15 kg – perfect for small urgent items, documents, or letters.
You can skip the packing supplies with Liftago. Give your package directly to the courier, and they’ll ensure it’s delivered safely and smoothly.

In Prague and Brno, you can book Liftago in advance for a specific date and time. Simply enter your route in the app, then tap the calendar icon in the bottom right corner to set your pre-order.
In all other cities, rides can currently be booked up to 15 minutes in advance.
The easiest way to pay is by adding your card in the app under the Payment details section. You can also pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or in cash.
If you use Liftago as a business customer, you can also pay by invoice.

If an item is left in a Liftago vehicle, reach out to the driver via the app within 24 hours. If more than 24 hours have passed, or if you cannot reach the driver, or encounter any other issue, we will help you locate your lost item.

Setting up and maintaining a business account is free. You only pay for the services you use, such as taxi rides or delivered items.
For specific requests or premium services, we provide a customized price offer. Feel free to contact us at business@liftago.com.
You can add employees in the section: Give your team access – Mobile App. This allows them to use Liftago services on your company account. For larger teams, you can use the bulk import feature. Templates are available in the same section. Each user can be assigned a cost center for better expense tracking or a monthly limit to control spending. To grant access to the web interface, click Give your team access – Web Interface and assign them the role of administrator or orderer.
You can order a Car pickup through the Liftago app by entering your pickup and drop-off locations. The driver will arrive, take your car, and safely deliver both you and your vehicle to the requested destination.
To pre-order a ride, enter passenger info in the web interface, choose Later for pickup time, and set the day and hour.
You can book up to 30 days in advance. Pre-orders are currently offered in Prague and Brno for rides exceeding 3 km.
Packages are ordered through the same system as taxi rides. On the website, select Courier at the top, and in the app, choose the Courier icon at the bottom.
Easily set up a business account here. We will then contact you to train your reception and set up the most common routes.
Once your ride begins, tap the Share trip status button to share your current location and ride progress with anyone via SMS, WhatsApp, or other messaging apps.
Yes, airport pickup can be easily arranged via the web interface. Enter the passenger details, set the pick-up time to Later, and choose Airport pickup. With the provided flight number, we track the arrival automatically, and the driver will meet the passenger in the arrivals hall holding a sign. Simultaneously, the passenger gets an SMS including license plate, driver contact, and car location. It’s also possible to book a taxi for your employee or company visitor.
Downloading Liftago is completely free — you only pay for the ride or delivery you order.
The recipient receives an SMS with the estimated arrival time of the courier and a link to track the delivery in real time.
Driver availability is one of our strengths: average pickup time is 5 minutes in bigger cities and about 10 in smaller ones.

Absolutely – Liftago Courier is designed for express deliveries.
In big cities, couriers typically arrive within 5 minutes, and in smaller towns within 10 minutes. With our extensive network, you don’t need to schedule in advance – order when you need, and we’re on the move.
Invoices for all completed rides are sent at the end of each month by email. They include a full overview of all company rides, giving you complete control over expenses. Payment is due within 14 days.

Guests can conveniently order their own Liftago ride by scanning a QR code we prepare for your hotel. No app download is required; after entering their route and payment details, a car is dispatched to them.
Yes, you can travel in Liftago vehicles equipped with a child car seat and booster seat. Just enter your route in the app and select Kids.
Most payment issues are caused by MO/TO limits configured in your online banking. These apply to remote payments, like using a saved card in mobile apps, and some banks distinguish them from normal internet payments.
Other potential causes include an expired or lost card, or insufficient account balance.
If the bank refuses the payment, we cannot see the exact reason. Please reach out to your bank or check your account in online banking for more information.
Yes, every package is insured up to CZK 250,000.
Employees’ rides are automatically billed to your company once they are added to the business account, so there’s no need to handle individual receipts. Each month, you’ll receive a detailed summary of all rides and the invoice, keeping all expenses fully transparent and easy to manage.
Yes, with a business account, you can order a taxi for a colleague, guest, or any other person. The passenger does not even need the Liftago app. Once the driver is on the way, the passenger will receive an SMS with a link to track the car, including its model, color, and license plate number.
