How do I schedule a ride for a specific time?

To pre-order a ride, enter passenger info in the web interface, choose Later for pickup time, and set the day and hour.

You can book up to 30 days in advance. Pre-orders are currently offered in Prague and Brno for rides exceeding 3 km.

Do you provide extra services, for example picking up a guest from the airport?

Yes, airport pickup can be easily arranged via the web interface. Enter the passenger details, set the pick-up time to Later, and choose Airport pickup. With the provided flight number, we track the arrival automatically, and the driver will meet the passenger in the arrivals hall holding a sign. Simultaneously, the passenger gets an SMS including license plate, driver contact, and car location. It’s also possible to book a taxi for your employee or company visitor.

Can I order taxi for multiple people at once?

Yes, you can book an XXL vehicle for up to 7 passengers. You can also order multiple vehicles at once via the mobile app or the corporate web interface.

XXL vehicles can be pre-order for a specific time, with pickup available from 16 hours after ordering. For airport pickups with passengers met in the arrivals hall, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll arrange it.

Is it possible to order a taxi for someone else with a business account, such as a colleague or a guest?

Yes, with a business account, you can order a taxi for a colleague, guest, or any other person. The passenger does not even need the Liftago app. Once the driver is on the way, the passenger will receive an SMS with a link to track the car, including its model, color, and license plate number.

How to order a taxi with multiple stops?

When ordering a taxi, you can add stops at the destination for short pauses or drop-offs.

To transport multiple people to one location, Add stop and provide contact details for each passenger. Everyone will receive SMS updates about the ride.

How can I submit a claim or complaint?

Please send your complaint to [email protected], including the ride ID, date, and reason. Our team will process it as soon as possible.

I forgot something in the car.

If an item is left in a Liftago vehicle, reach out to the driver via the app within 24 hours. If more than 24 hours have passed, or if you cannot reach the driver, or encounter any other issue, we will help you locate your lost item.

How to proceed?

1. Open the menu in the app and go to the Support section.

2. Select Lost item and follow the instructions.
