A nearby courier will be on the way immediately and pick up something from your coworker or a package from a store you've already paid for. In a few minutes, it could be right at your doorstep!

Select the pick-up and destination points, click on the Pick-up button and fill in everything important. Your chosen courier will take care of everything, while you can sit back and follow his or her arrival in the app.

How does the courier service work?

At the speed of light! :) It works the same way you might already know if you ever hailed a ride with us. Open the Liftago app and select the pick-up and delivery addresses. Then click on the Send or Receive button (depending on what service you want to use) and fill in everything important. You'll see offers from nearby couriers with info about price, estimated time of arrival, and even previous user's ratings you can choose from. The courier will be on the way immediately, while you can sit back and follow his or her arrival in the app.

Where can you pick up my package?

Almost anywhere. In a shop, store, restaurant or your friend's or coworker's place.. Please pay your order in advance if necessary – it cannot be paid by the courier. Also, please try to arrange the pick-up so that the driver does not have to wait too long for the package and is able to set off as soon as possible.

How much is the courier service?

Delivery of a single package costs roughly the same as if you hailed a taxi ride with us. The prices are fixed in advance: once you want to send a package, you'll see offers from nearby couriers you can choose from – this way you're always in control.

Need to send packages more often? When it comes to bulk delivery, the prices range from ~ 100 to 150 CZK. It depends on the location of pick up point and volume of the delivery: contact us at sales@liftago.com, we'll fix the final cost in advance!

How do you notify the recipient about an incoming package?

We'll send the recipient a text message with info about the package, including an estimated time of arrival (down to the exact minute) and link to live-track its movement on the map.

What packages can I send or have delivered via Liftago?

You can send packages under 20 kg and not bigger than 55 × 45 × 25 cm (length x width x height). For more info, check our terms & conditions. You don't have to pack it carefully, because we don't transport itvia depot but straight to its destination.

Who pays for the delivery? Is cash on delivery possible?

Send: the delivery is always covered by the sender.
Receive: the delivery is paid by the recipient.

Cash on delivery is not possible.
